Residency

Cheapest-on-earth is the default. When data must stay put, tell us where, and the router only sees those regions.

regions takes jurisdictions (us, eu, apac, latam, me, africa) or region ids. Inputs are uploaded to, and processed in, those regions only. Quotes for pinned jobs are priced against the pinned set, so they cost what that part of the planet costs.

Account-wide#

Set a default in the dashboard or with POST /account {"default_regions": ["eu"]}; per-job values can narrow it but never widen it.
